Your plan

Most training apps let a chatbot invent your sets, reps, and weights. FORS doesn’t. Every regimen is built by an engine that runs the same rules a good strength coach would, and every session gets checked before it reaches you.

Twenty-five centuries ago, Milo of Croton lifted a newborn calf and carried it every day until it was a full-grown bull. Add a little, recover, repeat. It’s the oldest training method there is, and it still works. FORS is built on it.

The difference

There are two ways to build a training plan. One of them hands a beginner eight sets of an exercise they don't own the equipment for. FORS does it the other way.

Most “AI” fitness apps

A language model writes your workout from a prompt. It looks like a plan. It’s confident, it’s plausible, and every so often it hands a beginner a weight that could hurt them. Nobody checks it. You find out mid-set.

Choose the movements

Compound lifts go first, while you're fresh. Push, pull, hinge, and squat stay balanced across the week, so nothing gets overtrained and nothing gets skipped. Every pick is filtered to gear you actually own.

Load from your numbers

Weights come from your calibration and your recent sessions, never a stranger's average. Reps and rest match your goal: heavier with longer rests to build strength, tighter to build size.

Size it to your clock

You said 40 minutes. The session is built to finish in 40 minutes. Set count and rest timed to the clock, not padded with filler you'll skip.

Safety-check every weight

A final gate checks each load against your implement, your experience, and what you own, then clamps anything unreasonable down. It never invents a heavier weight. Most apps skip this step.

The smart path and the fallback finish through the same function. An engine-written day and a first-principles day come out the same quality. Which path built your workout never changes how good it is.

Inactive adults lose 3 to 8% of their muscle every decade. Lifting reverses it. FORS is built to get you those results safely, not to chase a number that looks good in an app.
